Knowledge Bank

Knowledge Bank - by the students for the students.

Knowledge bank is our very own “e-library” which is for students to browse through the various topics covered in the syllabus as well as out of syllabus in the form of seminars, presentations and workshops.

This information is in the form of presentations prepared by the students themselves.
This knowledge bank is a facility provided in our state of art computer lab. Special links will be provided for easy browsing through the topics.
Book Reviews
Students at the institute are required to read books which are outside the course curriculum and then are asked to make a PowerPoint presentation and present it in front of the class. This enables them to have an all round knowledge.
Vipasana, Yoga, Pranayam
Yoga, the ancient Indian discipline helps to keep the body and mind fit. It helps the students to cope up with stresses of routine of working life but also to create a reserve of physical mental and spiritual energies for something creative. BIMHRD is associated with experts in the field who teach the students the techniques, to gear up and channelize the potential of the young aspiring managers to meet the challenges of corporate life. They are going to be different. They are bound to possess distinctive physical and mental competencies. Vipasana is important part of mind development. BIMHRD arranges ten days tour of Igatpuri. In this period students practice “MAUN- Noble Silence”, which helps them concentrate better and realize their latent potential.
Gemba Kaizen

Gemba means workplace or "real place" (where the action happens) and in Japanese, kai means ‘change’ and zen means ‘good’. It is a process of incremental change for improving one’s work culture. Gemba-Kaizen trains the mind to be observant and find simple solutions. It also trains the individual to develop "Can Do" attitude. It inculcates a problem solving approach and respect for people doing the job on a daily basis.

Over a period of time it trains one to evolve intelligent ways of solving problems and developing simple systems. It helps the mind to get rid of wasteful things. It helps in generating the true spirit of work.
