The PGDM (PM & HRD) Programme is a specialist course specializing in Personnel management, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Development, Labour Laws and other related areas. The students of this programme may simultaneously undertake Master’s Degree in Labour Laws and Labour walfare (MLL & LW) in Balaji Law College at a very nominal Fee of Rs. 5000/- within the campus. Information Technology is the Additional Compulsory Specialization.

Students from PGDM Dual Programme are automatically eligible to specialize in Sales & Marketing Management. However, selection for Finance, Operations and Systems Specializations will be held for all students of Sri Balaji Society and only those who stand in the combined merit list from all the 4 institutes will be allowed to Specialize in these streams as limited seats are available keeping in view the limited job opportunities in the Market in these streams.

Selection of students for specialization in Finance & Operations is held at the end of first semester and for Systems it is held in the beginning of the First Semester. Out of students admitted to PGDM (Dual) programme of BIMHRD, few selected students will be permitted to specialize in PM & HRD. Selection for the same will be held at the beginning of the first semester and that batch will constitute the class of PGDM (PM & HRD).
